Traditionally, Business schools were meant to teach management to candidates - meaning teach how to plan, how to coordinate, how to improve efficiency and that is what B-schools have been successfully doing all these years. They taught how to tackle known problems for businesses. In today's fast paced world with changes and surprises every other moment, there is always a thought that B-schools fall short in teaching what is really required on the ground to run successful businesses and also fall short in teaching entrepreneurship - how to tackle unknown problems.

We, at ARSB, strive to teach entrepreneurship and things that lot of B-schools don't teach, along with traditional management.

Known is the fact that successful businesses had their seeds in dreams. Dreams lead to goals and goals are dreams with plans and milestones. A "can-do" attitude acts a driver to achieve the goals. The factors that are behind successful businesses are: Decision making - right decisions at the right time, Communication - creation and sustenance of an environment for effective communication at all levels, Dealing with self and others - maintain work-life balance and create a common sense of purpose across teams, Business Ethics - ethical business practices and Out-of-the-box thinking.

Our program is woven around these factors which are quintessential for entrepreneurs and leaders.
